What we are
Fractionals finds senior leaders, such as chief AI officers, CTOs and CFOs, for companies that need them part of the week, for a fixed period, or on a trial before a full-time hire. You get one agreement and one invoice from us.
We work entirely online. Talent can be based anywhere, and so can the companies that hire them. Sending a requirement is free, and you pay only when someone starts.
