Post a fractional role

For companies

Post a fractional role by sending us your requirement. A fractional leader works for you part of the week. Tell us who you need and we find senior people who fit. No deposit. You pay only when someone starts.

  • No deposit to get started
  • Every requirement read by us
  • A best-fit shortlist, not a pile of CVs
  • One agreement, one invoice

What to put in your requirement

The clearer your requirement, the better the shortlist. Say what problem the person is there to solve, what a good result looks like and who they will work with. Tell us roughly how much of the week the work needs, even if you are not sure yet.

If you are hiring for an AI role, say what you want built or decided, what data and systems the person will work with, and whether you need someone to build, to lead or both.

Sending a requirement is free. When you choose someone, you sign an agreement with us and we invoice you, on terms agreed in writing before anything starts.

FAQ

Before you send it

Is there a deposit?

No. Sending a requirement and getting a shortlist cost nothing. You pay only when someone starts, on terms agreed in writing first.

What does it cost?

Nothing to send a requirement, nothing for the shortlist and nothing if you do not hire. When someone starts, you get one invoice from us. The fees page explains it.

Will my requirement be public?

Only if you want it to be. Tell us in the form if the role is confidential and we will not name your company until you are ready.

What if I am not sure whether I need a fractional or full-time hire?

Send your requirement anyway and say so. The work you describe usually makes the answer clear. Our guide to fractional work explains when each one fits.

Can I send more requirements later?

Yes. Send a separate requirement for each role, so each one gets its own shortlist.
