Is fractional CTO used in Ukraine?

Ukrainian IT firms use "fractional CTO" and "CTO as a Service" in English. We use the same terms.

What about finance roles?

The local terms are "фінансовий директор на аутсорсі" (outsourced finance director) and "CFO напрокат" (CFO for hire). We list these as fractional CFO roles.

Can I work as a ФОП?

ФОП means sole trader. It appears in Ukrainian tech job ads as a way to work. Tell us how you prefer to work when you apply. The hiring company pays our fee, and you pay nothing.

Do you replace DOU or Djinni?
