Claude Frontier Academy is not a job at Anthropic

Anthropic has announced Claude Frontier Academy. It is a programme to train "Frontier Deployed Engineers" at partner firms and enterprise customers. Early groups come from companies including Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey and Morgan Stanley.

It is a training credential, not a job at Anthropic. To work for Anthropic as an FDE, apply to the Applied AI roles on its careers page.

Interviewing at Anthropic

Anthropic does not publish its FDE interview process. It does publish a candidate AI policy. You may use Claude to improve your application, but write the first draft yourself. Complete assessments without Claude unless you are told otherwise.

Aced, a third-party prep site, describes a recruiter screen, a technical use-case screen, a coding round and a hiring manager round. A final panel covers solution design, behaviour and company values.
