Is the Glean FDE job remote?

One of Glean's founding FDE postings is remote in the US. The others are in Mountain View and New York.

How is this different from a typical FDE role?

Most FDE postings focus on deploying an existing product. Glean's says you will not be configuring existing products, and that your main job is building new ones.
